Personality: Rosette is an outgoing, determined, and optimistic person. However, she has a short temper and a stubborn streak. She is an honest person who doesn't want to hide her emotions. She tries her best to be a strong and capable person despite her illness.
Background information: Rosette and her younger brother Joshua were raised at an orphanage when they were younger, neither knowing that their parents had been pureblooded wizards. Joshua discovered his powers when he accidentally hexed all of the other children in the orphanage, except for Rosette, who had wandered off that day to explore a forest near the orphanage. A member of the Ministry of Magic wanted to adopt Joshua to prevent another mishap like this, but he wouldn't allow Rosette to go with them because he felt it would be too dangerous for her to stay with Joshua. Rosette vowed to join the Ministry of Magic someday so she could see her younger brother again, even if she didn't have any magic powers, though she eventually found out that she did once she received an invitation to go to Hogwarts. She also wants to be an auror once she is part of the Ministry.
Rosette has an unidentified chronic illness, which threatens to shorten her life span by a great deal. Her brother Joshua also has poor health, though not from the same illness. Another reason she would like to join the Ministry is so she can find the resources she needs to find a cure for both illnesses.
Relationships:
Chrono (2nd Year Gryffindor)- A close friend of Rosette's from her childhood.
Hiei Jaganshi (6th year Slytherin)- After finding a page ripped from his journal and attempting to talk to him about it, Rosette was determined to become Hiei's friend and to help him make more friends. However, Hiei left Hogwarts before she could do this.
Joshua Christopher (4th year Hufflepuff)- Rosette's younger brother who recently came to Hogwarts, but doesn't seem to remember Rosette at all.
This is an RP journal, maintained by me, beckielric. I don't own Chrno Crusade (although I wish I did ;_;), Daisuke Moriyama does. ^^ My other RP journals for Sortinghat_RP are haineko_ran (as Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach) and furumuun_melody (as Mitsuki from Full Moon wo Sagashite).
